Who we are

KES Renovations was founded by Keith Sibley and provides residential remodeling services in the Philadelphia, PA area. Keith graduated from Villanova University and Drexel University with degrees in Engineering and uses his technical background in overcoming challenges when providing renovation services. We have been in the home renovation market for over 10 years, working on a variety of home types, including new construction, older homes, single-family homes, row houses, townhouses, and multi-unit properties.

We specialize in home remodeling projects that everyday homeowners are seeking to have completed. Projects include: bathroom and kitchen design and remodel services, window and door installation, updating floor plans to improve functionality, new floor installation, interior/exterior painting, deck construction, trim work, and more. We prioritize quality, communication, and collaboration with our clients so they love the finished product. We take great pride in working with our clients to make small changes that can make their projects more affordable. Since we are a small company, we generally will only have a couple of simultaneous clients, which allows us to focus our time and resources on your project.
